Five things that i learned this year

I am writing this blog to tell you about 5 things that I learned this year. I learned many things this year but I will write five things only because they were help me to be a good student in Sharjah Men’s College. First I must work hard and I must finish my work on time because if I don’t finish my work on time the work will be messy and I will be in pressure. Second I must respect my teachers and students because if I don’t respect my teachers and student they will not respect me and they will not help me. Third I must follow the college rules for example I must come to class early and I must never come late. Also I must not cheat because its bad habits and I must do my own work. Fourth I must be friendly and helpful and if any body wants help I should help him. Fifth I learned if I want to work I must like the work because if I don’t like the work I will feel boring and I will not finish my work perfectly.

Strange but true

“It was 3 Am when I woke up to see a strange bright light shining outside my bedroom window.” I went out my home I saw curious things and it was the first time I saw things like this. I saw aliens and they caught me and they said “put your hands up” I wanted to do something but they had weapons and I felt scared. They told me you must come with as and I said I must come with you. where? After that they took me with them. When I went inside the spaceship I saw many curious things and it was the first time I saw things like this. The spaceship was more developing and it was really fast. Many thinks was in my head “what did they want me and why they took me”. When we arrived in space I saw many brilliant things and it was the first time I saw things like this. It was really wonderful and funny. The aliens told me you are my best friend and you are like my brothers. I felt really happy and cheerful because the aliens were peaceful. Then they returned me home. I felt really happy because I went to space and it was first time. Then I valediction them and I felt sad because I lost my best friends.

The forth day and fifth day in the work

I am wiring this blog to tell you about the four and five day in the work. In the four day My mentor was absent because he had a meeting so HR manager sent me to another department to work in which is the customer service department. The customer service’s manager receives applicants, complains and suggestions from the employees by e-mail, phone and fax then he replies them. I saw him how he worked and I learned many thinks about the work in customer care department. Also He organizes the work in the department by offering all the suggestions and pretty solutions to develop the work and help the employees to perform better. I didn't do any work in Customer Care department because it's hard and impressible work.

I just received applicants, complains and suggestions from employees and I gave them to my mentor. Also I answered the phone calls from people who had complains, suggestion and transferred them to the employees. I interested in the forth and fifth day because HR manager sent me in important place and I learned many things in Customer Care Department. But it was some thing bad today. First my mentor was absent in work today and when I enter inside my department every thing was messy and confusion. I learned many things in work today I learned more about Customer Care. I learned how can I receive applicants, complains and suggestions from the employees by phone. I learned little bet how can I organize the work in the department.

Third day in the work

I am writing this blog to tell you about third day in the work. On the third day I didn't feel worried like first day and I didn't shy like first day. On the First day I felt worried because it was the first day and I didn't know how can I work but on the third day I did many things.
About work today I learned many new things for example I learned how can I receive suggestions about the people who had suggestions and I learned how can I send thanks letter for people who sent the suggestions. Also I transferred the calls for people to employees and I answered the phone for people who had complaint. It was fun day because all employees joked together but the same time it was tired day because many people sent suggestions and complaints. Now I can solve some problem about the work but before I can't. It was something bad happened on the third day before I came to work my car's tires puncher and I took my car to a mechanic so I came to work late. When I arrived the company I talked to my mentor about my problem and he said to me ''it's okay no problem you give me good reason''. After that I started my work.

The first day at work

I am writing this blog to tell you about job shadowing. First I prepared my self to work and I wore new clothes. I felt nervous because it was first day. When I went their the first thing I did is I met a girl and she explained to me about the company. Also she showed me the departments in the company and the employees their.
After that I went to my department and I met the employees in my department. I was really happy because every body respected me and helped me. But something was bad in the first day my mentor had meeting so they sent me in another person to explain to me about the work. The place was really nice and brilliant and I felt happy about the place because it was more developing. I did many things on the first day, I answered the phone for a people who had a complaint and I tried to solve problems but I couldn't because I didn't understand the work perfectly. Also I transferred the call for customer to the employees. It was really tired day because I worked hard. Finally I want to tell you about pictures I will try to put it in next blog.

My plans for Job Shadowing

I am writing this post to tell you about my plans for Job Shadowing. First I am going to work in Department of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs of Charities and I am going to work with my cousin in the same department. So I am going to spend one week out of college. I don’t know where the place of my work so I must go with my cousin for one week. In the work I am going to write report for supervisor and I will write all things about supervisor for example. What does he do? What difficulties does he receive? Also I am going to send report for my Miss in the college in the end of my work.

Dubai in 2030- My prediction

In the year 2030, Dubai will probably be very different than it is today. I think they will be more traffic than know and they will be more developet . Also I think they will be many tall buildings like United States now and they will have many centers and big shops. Also in Dubai they will have underground station train and they will have many airports not just one but more than one. They will probably make the tallest tower in the world and they will have big street and many space better than know. Also they will have more hospital and the education will be more developing. The weather probably will be hottest than know because they will be more crowded and they will make more factory. That means they will be hottest in Dubai in the future.
